We moved just east of the Williamsburg Pottery, and found this location. I think it's interesting that the track goes from single to double track here, although it's a shame it's not double to begin with, because then some of the trains wouldn't have to come through super-slow. The good thing is that I can check both the eastbound and westbound colorlights within a walking distance. :) |

Not the best picture, but this shows where the line goes from single to double track. The block signal is showing a clear aspect in preparation for the arrival of Amtrak P066. What's great about here is that both the westbound and eastbound signals (eastbound signals are the cantilever signals) can be checked to see what aspects they are showing within walking distance! |
